Finally , we are beyond happy and excited to welcome each one of you to the soft launch of our food truck on Friday July 3rd. We will be open to service at 6455 S Eisenmann Road. Operating hours : 5pm to 8pm.

Opening Summer of 2026

IndianSaucepan - Treasure valley’s favorite Indian Catering Services will be launching their own food truck in the summer of 2026. The team is preparing for their soft launch. While we prepare ourselves, you may have questions on when we are opening, where we will be located and which days of the week we would operate. Well we plan to have a semi permanent location and move around the valley at selected locations in and around Boise, Meridian, Eagle & Nampa. We will start with dinner service and eventually extend our operating hours to include lunch hours.
